📋 Description
• We dominate the SME business insurance market by having an online platform that makes comparing and buying business insurance a super easy process.
• On the hunt for a sales champion to join the fun, supportive and immersive sales department and drive business insurance sales for the company
• Following up WARM leads from potential clients who have registered on our website. Progression to take inbound enquiries
• Using the skills and knowledge gained from your training of BizCover’s business insurance products to ensure that the customers are getting the right cover for their business
• Maintaining a high standard of communication to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone who engages with BizCover (whether they become a customer or not)
• Driving Sales and making sure KPI’s are met
• Adhering to all legislative and quality assurance components

🎯 Requirements
• Ideally a background in sales in a phone-based environment, but not essential
• Preferably, experienced in commercial insurance or other insurance products, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills. An ability to build and maintain rapport is a must.
• Be passionate about customer service and giving the customer a first-class customer experience on every call
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
